Fighting inequality by training the next generation of diverse leaders in tech.
We're a social impact software studio.
We invest in the most brilliant engineers in developing nations and prepare them to become the next global leaders in tech.
We're on a mission to tackle global inequality by offering curious and determined people in opportunity-poor markets a pathway to bring innovation and prosperity to their communities.
We're in the early stages of building a fellowship program to teach soft skills, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy to our developers, so that they can have more success with international clients, build their own businesses, pump more money into their communities, and take control of their own destinies.
We're experimenting a lot, learning as much as we can, and certainly making some mistakes along the way. But starting with our core team and a group of close-knit developers, we're focused on building a program that increases our developers' skills, revenue, and prosperity.
Eventually, we plan to expand in the talent pipeline to reach those who aren't reached by traditional institutions, and expand to new countries and regions.
Share our mission to empower entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds? Know ambitious engineers in the developing world? Reach out, we'd love to talk.

When they realized they all shared a similar vision for what can make the world better, they started to play around with ideas and projects. Pretty soon, they realized they could use their different backgrounds and networks to connect disparate communities and bridge global inequalities.
